This policy describes how BGB Worldwide, Inc. and other companies in our group (including but not limited to: BarbaraBrown.com, Whole Life Whole Health, LLC., Be Made Whole, The Ministry Centers, Barbara’s World, Light Up the Scriptures and Morning Magicals also referred to as “we” or “us”) will make use of your data to purchase services from our website (https://www.BarbaraBrown.com/). It also describes your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing which BGB Worldwide, Inc. carries out. How long will you retain my data?
Where we process registration data, we do this for as long as you are an active user of our sites and for 12 months after this.
Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data, so that we may respect your request in future.
Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the transactional data for six years from your last interaction with us (or such longer period as may be required by law).
BGB Worldwide, Inc.’s websites do not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Child”). We do not collect Personal Data knowingly on any person under 18 years old. If you, as a parent or guardian, discover that your Child has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us. BGB Worldwide, Inc. will take steps to remove that information from our servers once we have been made aware that we collected Personal Data from children without parental consent.
This policy is written in English. In the event of any conflict in interpreting or construing the terms of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
